I’ve spent a lot of my mornings listening to podcasts and the one that completely switched up my mindset is her ❤ She probably says more of the things I need to hear on a day-to-day basis that really help my mindset for the day and build confidence.
Let’s just say you constantly feel frustrated, trapped, whatever it is and you don’t like working out? Perfect, give kick-boxing or Muay Thai or SOMETHING a chance. Getting angry can be a good thing
I’m serious, between the “red nail theory” and the writing things down, investing in yourself for the last few months is worth it.

Winter Arc
Okay, so its winter arc this, winter arc that… its a period where you just grind out the last 90 days of the year and put your head down coming out on top January first.
Whether its they gym, or finance goals or different weird, various projects, its a time for you to socially hibernate or just step back from any distractions that would keep you from reaching said-goals in those 90 days.
And with social media, whether its TikTok/instagram/pinterest, you’re able to get a few ideas for what you’d like to zone in on:




Even if you’re just picking it up, do 60 days, do the challenge regardless or do a full 90 days or do whatever is going to challenge your twenties mindset and stand out from who you used to be! It’s insane what happens when you spend that time working on just you. ✨ Plus its the holidays, give yourself something to do lol.
AND DOCUMENT IT!
YOU’RE LITERALLY GOING TO BE CHANGING PHYSICALLY AS WELL AND THE SEROTONIN YOU GET FROM SEEING THIS IS GOING TO DRIVE YOU TO KEEP GOING!
Documenting it will give you the satisfaction that this is working- not just physically but your moods, your lifestyle, your friends, and whatnot.
So enjoy it, its a time to dedicate yourself but also a time to reflect on where you’re at, what you’ve accomplished and yes, yap tf about it to friends and family bc they’re going to notice too. (:
